DreamIPTV is an IPTV reseller service that provides access to live TV channels, video-on-demand content, and related streaming services through internet protocol technology. We act as a reseller and intermediary — content is provided by third-party content providers. DreamIPTV does not produce or own the broadcast content delivered through the service.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are available on 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. All payments are one-time, non-recurring charges — there are no automatic renewals unless you initiate a new purchase.

- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
- Subscription activation is immediate upon payment confirmation
- Free trials are limited to one per customer/household
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You expressly agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account credentials to others
- Use the Service for commercial purposes (e.g., public venues, hotels, bars)
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology
- Use the Service to engage in any illegal activity
- Circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
- Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service
⚠️ Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All broadcast content available through the Service is owned by its respective rights holders. DreamIPTV does not claim ownership of any streamed content. The DreamIPTV name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of DreamIPTV and may not be used without express written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Channel availability may vary. Third-party content providers may alter, suspend, or remove channels without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMIPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the reputation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.
