- The service quality is significantly different from what was advertised and cannot be resolved
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Issues caused by your own internet connection, hardware, or device incompatibility
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- Free trial accounts (no charge was made)
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Cases where you have already used the service extensively
How to Request a Refund

Refund Approval: If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund will be approved and processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction.
